来源：传入Marrow的内容
Marrow会读取Apple Health里的每一项指标，所以任何写入Apple Health的可穿戴设备或应用，本身就已经是一个来源。选好你的设备，就能看到要打开哪个开关、它会发送什么，以及直接连接将补充什么。
在Marrow中记录
Marrow本身也是一个来源：你在应用里记录的餐食、饮水、训练、力量训练和称重，以及你的AI替你记录的一切。这些内容也都会进入Apple Health。
Apple Health
你的Apple Watch、你的iPhone和下面的每个应用都会写入Apple Health。在连接中，来源会显示哪些Apple设备正在写入，并按名称列出每个已传入的应用。你不再使用的应用可以在它的页面中搁置。
