Marrow Pro
让 Marrow 值得安装的一切都保持免费：每一项 Apple Health 指标、饮食和训练记录、导出、设备端智能体服务器、你自己的自托管镜像，以及自动化。Pro 为那三样每次使用或每个人都要让我们花钱的功能付费。
Pro 包含什么
- 无限次AI记录。餐食照片、添加的图片、条形码、键入的描述和语音，想用多少次都行。免费套餐包含每天三次 AI 记录，而搜索、快速添加和新建食物始终不限次数。
- Cloud MCP。一个链接，ChatGPT、Claude 或 Gemini 随时都能读取，手机休眠也行，你也不用运行任何东西。每次登录都在你的手机上批准。“断开连接”会删除副本。开启允许 AI 写入（Marrow 1.3.4 及更高版本）后，你的 AI 还能在你提出时替你记录：餐食、训练、饮水、体重、睡眠、症状等等，每一条都由你的手机执行，也很容易撤销。Claude 不需要 AI 订阅。ChatGPT 和 Gemini 需要它们自己的订阅。工作原理。
- 校园餐饮菜单。你所在食堂的菜单，附餐饮项目自己提供的营养信息，在“记录”标签页一键记录。
价格和免费试用
每月 $4.99、每年 $34.99，或一次性 $59.99 买断终身，均为美元。各地价格不同。月付和年付对尚未使用过试用的 Apple ID 提供 7 天免费试用。试用结束前不会扣费，在此之前随时取消也不会产生任何费用。试用结束后，方案会按显示的价格自动续订，直到你取消。
取消或更改方案可以在 Marrow 的“设置”中进行（Marrow Pro，然后是“管理订阅”），也可以在 iPhone 的“设置 > Apple ID > 订阅”中进行。你已付费的周期结束之前，权益一直有效。计费、退款和取消由 Apple 处理。
有兑换码？打开 Marrow Pro 界面（设置，Marrow Pro，或任何 Pro 入口），点按兑换代码。我们提供的代码可免费获得一年的 Pro。
换了新手机或重新安装了？你的购买跟随你的 Apple ID。如果 Pro 没有自动恢复，请打开“设置”，进入“帮助”，点按恢复购买。恢复购买不是退款，退款只有 Apple 能办理。

食堂菜单已在这 46 所大学上线。每所学校今天的菜单（含卡路里）在网站上也能看到。如果缺少某份菜单、某个食堂没有列出，或者你的学校不在这里，请写信到 [email protected]，我们会添加。大多数学校需要一两天。

坦白说的局限
- AI 的估算只是估算。Marrow 会记录它识别到的内容，并附带“编辑”按钮显示出来，所以你可以修改数量或移除某种食物。每条记录之后也可以在你的日记里编辑。
- Cloud MCP 依赖我们的服务器在线。我们不承诺正常运行时间。应用里的其他一切都不需要我们的服务器。
- 校园菜单来自各餐饮项目公布的数据。当某个项目发布得晚或漏掉某个菜品时，我们也一样。
