Marrow reads every Apple Health metric, so any wearable or app that writes to Apple Health is already a source. Pick yours for the switch to turn on, what it sends, and what a direct connection will add.

Logged in Marrow

Marrow is a source of its own: meals, water, workouts, lifts and weigh-ins you log in the app, and anything your AI logs for you. All of it reaches Apple Health too.

Your Apple Watch, your iPhone and every app below write into Apple Health. In Connects, Sources shows which Apple devices are writing and lists every app already coming in, by name. An app you no longer use can be set aside from its page.
