Claude Code and Marrow Health

Cloud MCPLocal MCPServer MCP

One command adds Marrow to Claude Code. Ask how your week went, or have Claude Code chart your resting heart rate, build a spreadsheet of your lifts, or log a meal while you work.

Open in Marrow works on an iPhone with Marrow 1.4.2 or later.

Which way?

  • Cloud MCP if you want answers any time with nothing to run. Part of Marrow Pro.
  • Local MCP if the computer running it shares your phone's Wi-Fi or tailnet. Free, and it answers while Marrow is open.
  • Server MCP if you keep a small server running. Free, and it answers any time.
